Loved this! I can't wait to share it with my students! I teach stress management and we start to discuss the brain in Week 2 of the course. Since most of my course is grounded in building emotional intelligence, I'm excited to get an early start helping them understand the importance of regulation. I'm also really curious about exploring somatic techniques.

I like this because of the visual but also would appreciate it a written form to read again and digest more. Visual and auditory give multiple ways to learn. Thank you.

Great explanation for what happens when anxiety takes over. I had the same idea as others have mentioned -- some regulation techniques -- maybe even for different ages of people...
